The 61st session of the Nevada legislative passed an act that allows any state board to employ professional consultants including traditional Oriental medicine.

“The board may: 1. Employ attorneys, investigators and other professional consultants and clerical personnel necessary to discharge its duties. For the purpose of conducting its examinations, the board may call to its aid persons of established reputation and known ability in traditional Oriental medicine”
