“Section 375 of chapter 530, Statutes of Nevada 1977, as last amended by chapter 115, Statutes of Nevada 1979, at page 173, is hereby amended to read as follows: … The terms of office of all members of the following boards, commissions and similar bodies, who are incumbent on October 30, 1977, expire on that date: … The state board of Oriental medicine;”
