Born in the Philippines, Roy Margallo immigrated to New York and finally settled in Las Vegas. As a senior in UNLV, he is pursuing bachelor’s degrees in economics, computer science, information systems, and real estate. Roy aspires to become a full-stack data scientist, start his own company, and eventually contribute to the development of the Philippines. He spends his time as an officer in the Rebel Venture Fund and Real Estate and Business Society at UNLV. In his free time, he enjoys coding, reading business books, and knitting scarves for his dog. By joining the Youth Leadership Committee, he hopes to contribute to the warm and inviting culture of OCA he experienced as a mentee.
